Project Name: Ji 'an Container House Cabin Emergency Isolation Point Project
Customer: Government Agency of Ji 'an City, Jiangxi Province
Implementation time: September 16, 2022 (First batch delivery)
In 2022, in the face of the severe epidemic situation, Ji 'an City urgently needed to quickly build large-scale and high-quality emergency isolation facilities to effectively cut off the chain of epidemic transmission and ensure the life and health safety of citizens.
At 7 a.m. on September 5, 2022, our company received an urgent consultation call from the Ji 'an Municipal Government. After a 2.5-hour in-depth communication, we have fully understood that the project needs to be delivered urgently in three batches: the first batch of 1,500 sets needs to be installed within 10 days, and the subsequent two batches of 1,000 sets each need to be delivered within 15 days.
At 12 o 'clock in the morning of that day, our company promptly held an internal emergency meeting to coordinate resources from all parties and officially signed the contract with the client. At 2 p.m., the transportation fleet immediately entered the factory area to load the first batch of materials. Meanwhile, 95 experienced installation workers, after completing rapid health checks, took a bus to the project site in Ji 'an, Jiangxi Province, which is 900 kilometers away. To ensure the timely arrival of materials and personnel, all transport vehicles are equipped with dual drivers taking turns to drive, and they are required to arrive at the scene before 8 a.m. the next day (September 16th). Thanks to the "disaster relief materials" green channel, the entire transportation process was efficient and smooth.
At 8 a.m. on September 16th, personnel and materials arrived at the site on time, and the installation work was immediately carried out in an orderly manner. To minimize the construction period to the greatest extent, we innovatively adopted the "quality inspection while installation" model. On-site quality inspection personnel followed up and accepted the entire process to ensure zero delay and zero error in each link. With the unremitting efforts of the team and the overcoming of numerous difficulties, on September 26th, the first batch of 1,500 sets of container houses were installed and put into use with high quality in just 10 days. The isolation site was promptly deployed to the front line of the epidemic prevention and control, receiving and accommodating patients.
In the following 30 days, the team maintained a rigorous working attitude and full enthusiasm, steadily advancing the project construction. Ultimately, in strict accordance with the contract requirements, the installation and delivery of a total of 3,500 sets of container houses were successfully completed in batches.
After the project was delivered, the patients who moved in gave feedback that the interior layout of the container houses was reasonable and the facilities were complete, fully meeting the basic living needs and providing a comfortable living experience. The on-site installation workers witnessed the patient's recovery and discharge with their own eyes, deeply felt the significant contribution of their work to the fight against the epidemic, and gained a strong sense of professional pride and achievement.
This project, with its ultimate efficiency and quality, precisely met the core demands of government clients in emergency situations, bought precious time for the anti-epidemic work in Ji 'an City, and received high praise from the on-site person in charge, becoming a model case of government-enterprise collaboration in anti-epidemic efforts.
